For cooling, aim for 22°C to 23°C. Any lower and you’re just burning money.
For heating, 21°C to 22°C is the sweet spot. Set and forget.
At least once a year for homes - usually before summer hits.
Regular servicing helps spot problems early, saves power, and stops you getting caught out when it’s 40°C and blowing hot air.
Not unless there’s a leak - and if there is, it needs to be found and fixed first.
Topping up gas without finding the leak is a waste of time and cash (and illegal).
Usually mould, bacteria, or built-up gunk inside the coils or drain tray.
Book a Deep Clean Blast and we’ll clear it out properly - not just spray and pray.
Every 2 - 3 months - especially during heavy use.
Dirty filters choke airflow, stink the place out, and jack up your power bill.
Rinse the filters with plain water and let them dry completely before reinstalling.
Avoid vacuums, brushes, or high-pressure sprayers — they can damage the mesh.
On the contrary - modern inverter systems are built to run longer and more efficiently.
It’s actually better to set it and let it cruise at a steady temp, rather than smashing it on and off all day.
